I joined ECL in January 2016 after being recruited as a Trusted Assessor for the North region of Essex.
After being with the company for a short time I was transferred over to the Mid Essex region where I was involved in a new care programme for Essex, called Short Term Support in the Community.
Loved this role thoroughly and strived to make the customer experience the best I could with my learnt skills and knowledge.
Although I enjoyed my role I felt I needed a new challenge and decided in May this year (2018) to take the plunge and apply for the Local Business Manager role.
I was successful and have been in post since June, enjoying every minute working for ECL and continue to do so.

Following inspections by the CQC at the end of 2017, three Essex regions have transformed their CQC ratings in just one year. In each region they have been assessed as "Good" and "Outstanding".
