Customers put their gardening skills to the test

This week we visited Greenacre Garden Centre and Cafe, that offer bite-sized training in food preparation, hospitality and horticulture. The team were contacted by a private customer to come in and transform their garden, which needed a bit of TLC.

Val who leads the team said; “All the skills the customers have been trained at Greenacre in Great Baddow, are being put into practice and utilised in private contract gardens within the local area. The furthest we have travelled is as far as Tiptree. The team work so well together and I am so proud of them all.

We provide a much needed service within the local area and our clients enjoy having the team come in and showcase what they can do. I have noticed that their confidence levels have increased and for them they have achieved their individual goals.”
