Popular car show returns for open weekend at ECL Roundwood Garden Centre and Café
Essex Cares Limited’s (ECL) Roundwood Garden Centre and Café, Bocking, is hosting a fun-packed open weekend on Sunday 26 and bank holiday Monday 27 May.
Set within Roundwood’s five acres of picturesque grounds, the event offers a variety of independent trade stalls, food, drink and entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.
Plus, on the Monday, sees the return of the Roundwood car show, displaying an impressive selection of classic and vintage vehicles.
Throughout the weekend, the garden centre will be selling a range of bedding plants, shrubs and trees, with lots of opportunities to snap up a bargain just in time for summer. Meanwhile, younger guests are welcome to explore the fantastic outdoor play area or jump away in the Bounce Zone*, which features a variety of bouncy castles for all ages to enjoy.
Plenty of refreshments will be available, including BBQ stalls, a beer tent, ice cream and a full menu to accommodate all tastes within the 5 star award-winning on-site café.

We are so excited as our open weekend is always such a popular event and provides a great day out for everyone. We’ve got a fantastic selection of stalls, refreshments and activities and we look forward to welcoming people to come in and enjoy our beautiful grounds, as well as the garden centre, café and playground.
ECL supports adults with learning disabilities to increase their independence and live ordinary lives. Roundwood Garden Centre & Café supplies plants and catering services to members of the public and also a Work Based Training facility for adults with learning disabilities.
The Roundwood open weekend is taking place on Sunday 26 May and Monday 27 May, between 10am and 4pm at Roundwood Garden Centre & Café, Church Street, Bocking, Braintree CM7 5LJ.
Admission price: £1 per person, per day.
Free parking is available.
