  • Salary: £18,000.00-£24,990.00 pro rata

ECL, the leading provider of care and support services in Essex, are looking for caring, passionate, positive and committed individuals to join our Equipment Service in Witham.

Essex Equipment Service supplies and maintains vital equipment, essential to support individuals’ daily living needs.

This exciting role will manage external contractor work to ensure all invoiced jobs have been completed correctly and on time within the system.

It is an important role which enhances the smooth running of external contracts and ensures payments and charges are processed accurately, efficiently and consistently.

The candidate will be checking and processing invoices received from external contractors within the Warehouse Management System and through the Financial System, as well as completing statement reconciliations. The candidate will also be responsible for resolving any queries which may arise in a timely manner.

This is a job share opportunity with an existing member of staff. The working hours are flexible within the following core hours:

Monday-Thursday (Excluding bank holidays): 08:24-17:00

Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays): 08:24 -16:00

The candidate will need strong communication skills, have an ability to learn and use IT systems, be computer literate (able to use the Microsoft Suite of programs). A methodical approach with attention to detail is essential for the role.

The candidate will be familiar with dealing with sensitive data and have an understanding of Information Governance.
