When the outbreak of Covid-19 meant that ECL regular Alex Steele had to put his visits to the Saffron Walden day service on hold, he and his mum Crista worried that his confidence would take a considerable knock. Almost a year on and, thanks to the support of the ECL team, Alex is now running his own Makaton classes via zoom and his confidence has never been higher.
