About this hub

Charles Dickens wellbeing hub is nestled within the community in Chelmsford.
We offer support for people living with dementia from the early stages to the later stages with a fully trained staff team, specialising in dementia care.
Charles Dickens offers active life support as a method of enabling independence and maintaining life skills with a variety of personalised, meaningful activities to support reminiscence.

Person centred

Charles dickens has a monthly customer forum where the customers can choose and decide how they would like their service to be. Customers can also be part of the recruitment process which enables them to have choice and control in who supports them.
