Wellbeing Hubs

We run Wellbeing Hubs across Essex offering day time activities and opportunities for adults with a range of support needs.

Local Hubs - connecting communities

Person-centred care at our network of 30 local Hubs gives our customers aged 18+ the choice and control to enjoy doing the things they like. Fun and inspiring activities on offer at the centres include arts & crafts, photography, needlecraft, cooking and music sessions and community activities such as trampolining, ten pin bowling, nature activities, swimming and lunch clubs. Individual programmes are tailored to each person’s individual needs, wishes and personal goals.

The hubs offer a warm welcome with a wide range of activities to support individuals to maintain wellbeing and to maximise independence enabling increased community involvement.

Our customers include the frail elderly as well as younger and older adults with conditions such as dementia, or with learning disabilities, physical or sensory impairments.
