The Garden Café is now open

On Monday 26th October 2015 Tyrells Wellbeing Hub celebrated the opening of their newly revamped café and accompanying garden, offering the residents of Thundersley a peaceful place to enjoy the range of homemade treats on offer.

The Garden Café had an extensive overhaul with our new branding flowing throughout. The space has been transformed into a bright, clean cut, light-filled trove with splashes of our signature red across the crisp white room.

The café also has a garden (in case the name didn’t give it away!) which was in a rather desperate state until the Barleytwist gardening team came along with their green fingers.

After weeks of hard work and graft the team turned the forlorn grounds into a beautiful haven, with its very own garden centre, offering a range of potted flowers and planters to the passing public.

The opening was a roaring success with attendees including councillors, local press, and was officially opened by the Mayor of Castle Point, who cut the (appropriately coloured) red ribbon.

A big thank you to the wonderful staff at Tyrells, the event really came together. Working from 6am that morning they ensured that the opening would really make its mark.

Well done to everyone involved!
