Telecare response

ECL works in partnership with Brentwood Borough Council to deliver this service across the district.  Our 24 hour telecare response service operates in the Brentwood area, connecting customers with a call centre 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The telecare equipment alerts the call centres immediately and we are able to respond and visit a customer’s home as soon as the emergency call is made. 

The response service enables our customers to be more secure and safe within their own homes knowing that someone will always respond. The services takes pressure of emergency services including ambulances and paramedics, where problems can be resolved before their help is needed.
