Join our expanding team as a Care Assistant, Local Business Manager, Resource Planner or Trusted Assessor within our short term support service.
Community Care Assistant*
Salary: £16,500 - £19,000pa (pro rata) / £8.50 - £10ph + 45p Mileage
Within this role you will provide a unique, multi-disciplinary service on behalf of Essex County Council to support people at the point of crisis, helping people in need to become more independent and carry on enjoying their lives.
As well as experience, we are looking for people who share our values and our commitment to helping and caring for individuals in our community. Full training provided.
*Requires you to work every other weekend.
Salary: £18,000 - £24,990pa
As a Trusted Assessor you will carry out initial assessments, outcome focused support planning, risk assessments, MCA and manual handling risk assessments and subsequent customer reviews in variety of settings, including customer homes, ECL buildings, hospitals and community settings both in person and via the telephone.
Local Business Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000pa
As a Local Business Manager you will be responsible for leading your service team to ensure the delivery of high standards of care and support operating within agreed budgets to achieve business objectives and seek out opportunities to increase income.
You will be responsible for giving direction to employees, daily coordination and development of the services through influencing key stakeholders, with a strong focus on choice and control for customers.
Salary: £18,000 - £24,990pa
As a Resource Planner you will provide high level resource planning to all our frontline workers, to deliver high quality services to our customers. Duties will include managing staff rotas and ensuring effective use of staff resources, ensuring adequate staffing levels as well as identifying and managing staff training needs.
