Join our expanding team as a Trusted Assessor, Community Care Assistant or Local Business Manager within our Short Term Support in the Community programme where we provide short term high impact support to our customers.
Community Care Assistant*
Salary: up to £10 per Hour + 45p Mileage
Within this role you will provide a unique, multi-disciplinary service on behalf of Essex County Council to support people at the point of crisis, helping people in need to become more independent and carry on enjoying their lives.
As well as experience, we are looking for people who share our values and our commitment to helping and caring for individuals in our community. Full training provided.
*Requires you to work every other weekend.
Trusted Assessor / Field Care Supervisor
Salary: £18,000 - £24,990pa
As a Trusted Assessor you will carry out initial assessments, outcome focused support planning, risk assessments, MCA and manual handling risk assessments and subsequent customer reviews in variety of settings, including customer homes, ECL buildings, hospitals and community settings both in person and via the telephone.
Local Business Manager
Salary: £23,000.00 - £31,620.00pa
You will manage, lead and inspire a team to ensure the delivery of high standards of support, forging strong and productive partnerships with key stakeholders and the local community whilst setting and operating within agreed budgets.
You will be responsible for the daily coordination of services and have the skills to motivate and empower a workforce to deliver a service which supports people to maintain their independence.
