About this hub
St Luke's Wellbeing Hub is a forward thinking Hub for older adults. During your day at St Luke's you can be assured of a high-quality service from our friendly, supportive and highly trained staff. You can relax and enjoy various activities suitable to your personal wishes and needs.
With support tailored to each individual, we offer a wide range of activities and care that encourage choice and independence for older people.
Each individual has a tailored support plan and outcomes created to ensure your day at St Luke's is what you would like it to be.
You can expect to take part in stimulating and social activities such as chair-fit, arts & crafts, music, trips out, gardening and much more. We also take opportunities to have integration activities with the children form the local schools in our area inviting children to attend our centre especially at Christmas for carols.
We allocate all customers a Key Worker who is your point of contact whenever needed. Your Key Worker will work closely with you during your time spent at St Luke's, fully supporting you with any requirements and help make your day enjoyable and fun.
Our approach to Wellbeing
Activities at our Hub are focused on maintaining independence and improving wellbeing. We provide the opportunity to take part in a wide range of enjoyable and stimulating social activities, both onsite and amongst the local community.
We recognise that carers need support too. Our services are tailored to the needs of carers as well as our customers because we know that time away from each other is important.
Our highly skilled staff create a warm, happy and positive atmosphere and are specialists in supporting adults in early and late stages of Dementia and Alzheimer's.
