ECL customer Rosa wins double gold at Special Olympics

Last month Rosa Huntington, who works at ECL Cafe - Noah’s Kitchen in ECL Saffron Walden Day Centre, travelled as part of Team GB to take part in the Special Olympics World Games 2019. Rosa did amazingly well, bringing home gold medals for the javelin and long jump.

Rosa was joined by over 7,000 athletes from 170 countries at the multi-sport event, which was held in Abu Dhabi between 14 and 21 March.

When Rosa returned to work at the cafe last week, she proudly showed off her medals for all of her friends to see. Well done Rosa!
