Inclusive Employment jobs

As of February 2024, our award-winning Inclusive Employment team have supported 360 adults with learning disabilities and/or autism into paid employment. We provide a whole range of services from identifying possible employers and arranging work experience, to developing CVs and arranging interviews.

As we continue to expand our Inclusive Employment offering, we’re looking for individuals who are confident in building and maintaining relationships and can work as part of a high-performing, target-driven team.

Some of our Inclusive Employment roles include:

Job Coach

As a Job Coach, you will provide training and support to individuals in their place of work, coaching and developing them to learn the role through job analyses, assistive technology, and action planning.

You will build effective relationships with customers, their families, employers, and other parties to create a circle of support that helps individuals thrive in the workplace.

Sustainment Officer

As a Sustainment Officer, you will deliver a range of supportive interventions to help individuals with a learning disability and/or autism achieve sustainable employment.

You will be engaging directly with customers and their employers, highlighting strengths and/or interventions required to ensure the employment is sustainable for the customer.

Consultant

As an Inclusive Employment Consultant, you will be supporting individuals to overcome barriers to employment, from creating their CV and establishing their goals and aspirations to developing their interview techniques and eventually supporting them to find work.

Experience working in a target-driven service is essential to be able to deliver job outcomes for a caseload of customers.

Job Broker

Our Job Brokers support the relationships with employers that create job opportunities for people with learning disabilities and autism. Job Brokers work closely with our Inclusive Employment Consultants to support customers to achieve their job outcomes.

You will be confident building professional relationships and delivering on targets, having worked in a sales environment or similar.
