We approach our responses with a focus on the individual, engaging in a personalised conversation rather than following a script or checklist. Our team dedicated to dedicating as much time as necessary to support you with your inquiry.

We're here from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, ready to help with anything related to your senses and more. If you're unsure where to go or who to talk to about your sensory needs, just reach out to us. We'll do our best to assist you and guide you to the right places if needed.

  • Sight and hearing impairment worries or questions and finding out what support is available for you.
  • Certificate of Visual Impairment follow up calls and enquiries.
  • Registration of sight, hearing and dual sensory impairments.
  • Requesting white cane, mobility or kitchen skills training.
  • Information about sensory equipment.
  • What to do if your sensory equipment breaks.
  • How to refer into the team for a sensory assessment in your home.
  • Information on local and national voluntary organisations, how they can help and direct referrals to them.
  • Information on social care support available and how to make a referral.
  • Information regarding one to one support services.
  • Sensory Awareness Training information.
  • Information for professionals including health and social care.

We offer an answering machine service for inquiries outside regular hours or during periods of high activity. We look forward to hearing from you.
