New café in County Hall takes on ECL Inclusive Employment customer

ECL’s head office is located in the County Hall complex of Essex County Council offices. The new coffee shop called Just Brew, opened on the 12^th of January in the Atrium area and Inclusive Employment customer Kim joined the team at the start of week two of trading, on the 16th of January.

Kim has settled into her new role very quickly. Our marketing team recently popped down for coffee and a chat with Kim, and Manager, Yasin. Kim told us that she is really enjoying her new job and it shows; she greets every customer with a wonderful smile and friendly conversation.

Just Brew offers coffees and delicious cakes, as well as packaged salads, sandwiches and breakfast options for meals on the go. The café has had a great first month of trading, Manager, Yasin Choudary told us: “We have been busier than expected from day one, it’s been fantastic. We’ve even had to increase the number of staff working on the counter at one time.”
