Hello. Welcome to Hogarths, a Day Centre which provides day time activities to our senior community who are seeking a social environment to reduce their loneliness and isolation, who may be living with dementia or may have additional health needs.
Through a range of activities, the support we provide concentrates on enhancing and maintaining our customers independence, wellbeing and relationships, enabling them to live a life that is as fulfilled as possible.
We recognise that carers need support and respite too, success therefore also includes enabling people to continue to live with their loved ones, in their own homes for as long as possible, with their desired outcomes being achieved.
Hogarths is a forward-thinking day centre for older people who may have a range of needs. The service is fully accessible, local to community amenities and is supported by a friendly and well trained staff team.
With support individually tailored, we offer a wide range of activities that encourage independence and choice. These include chair-fit, arts & crafts, pub quizzes, meals at local restaurants, baking, music clubs, shopping trips, gardening and garden centre trips and much more.
We believe in a holistic approach to our support and Hogarth’s creates a sensory experience with our themed activity areas, supporting our customers to recall positive memories and emotions whilst encouraging friendships to form.
