We'll arrange a convenient date to visit your premises and assess the extent of the audit. Following the visit, we'll provide a tailored quotation outlining the work involved.
Once the quotation has been approved, one of our specialist assessors will carry out a detailed access audit. The assessment will focus on barriers that may impact people with sight loss, hearing loss or dual sensory loss and identify opportunities for improvement.
Following the assessment, you'll receive a comprehensive report detailing our findings, highlighting areas of good practice and providing practical recommendations to improve accessibility and inclusion.
Our support doesn't end when the report is delivered. Our team will be available to guide you as you review the findings and implement the recommendations. We can provide advice, answer questions and help you prioritise actions to create a more accessible environment for everyone.
