ECL shortlisted for two prestigious Business Culture Awards 2026

ECL is delighted to have been named as a finalist in two categories at the Business Culture Awards 2026. This achievement showcases our commitment to ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Shortlisted in both the Best Employee Voice Initiative and Best Medium Organisation for Business Culture (in partnership with ETS).

The Business Culture Awards celebrate organisations that are leading the way in workplace culture, employee engagement and organisational performance. Now in their 11th year, the awards recognise employers that are successfully creating environments where people can thrive while helping their organisations achieve long-term success.

ECL’s dual shortlisting reflects the vast amount of work we have undertaken to give all colleagues channels through which they can have a voice and influence change. It also recognises our investment in further embedding our values of Caring, Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity.

Jennifer Aylen, ECL’s Director of People and Change said:

“Being shortlisted in two categories is testament to all of the changes we have implemented to improve our culture and make ECL a great place to work.

As a care company, our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to creating a positive workplace culture based on open communication, employee wellbeing and positive recognition.

To be a finalist alongside organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, Standard Life and First Bus, is fantastic and reflects the hard work of all our teams. We’re proud to have been shortlisted and would like to thank everyone at ECL and ETS who have played a part in making this recognition possible.”
