In Mid Essex we:

  • Provide reablement to customers in their own homes
  • Have seven day centres
    • four that support customers with learning disabilities and autism
    • two that support older people
    • one that supports both of the above

Whether you join us as a reablement Care Assistant, or our day centre in Harlow, you'll be joining a committed and proud team and receive some great benefits including:

  • up to £10.80 per hour for reablement (including when you're travelling between customers)
  • Mileage paid at 45p per mile
  • A minimum of 24 days holiday per year, including bank holidays (pro rata), rising with service

Thankfully, he stumbled across an ad on social media for flexible Community Care Assistant roles with ECL and realised that this could be the opportunity he’d been looking for.
