In Mid Essex we provide short-term reablement care to customers in their own homes across Braintree, Burnham-on-Crouch, Chelmsford and Halstead.

Joining us as a reablement Care Assistant means you'll be part of a committed and proud team and receive some great benefits including:
- £12.69 ph weekdays, £14.69 ph weekend per hour plus mileage (including when you're travelling between customers)
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
- A minimum of 24 days holiday per year, including bank holidays (pro rata), rising with service

CardioWall
ECL purchased a 'CardioWall' for their Customers several years ago and have been using it every day since. Based at the ECL Basildon - Asheigh Day Service, the CardioWall is used to provide an enjoyable and varied support programme for Customers with learning disabilities and / or autism.
Orla
Orla Fitzgerald, a member of ECL’s sensory team, has had quite the journey to becoming a Rehabilitation Worker for people with a visual impairment. In 2020, Orla moved from Ireland to Essex following her qualification from Birmingham City University.
