Meet Jean … Jean suffers from age related macular degeneration and her sight loss was beginning to make certain everyday tasks more difficult. Having been discharged from any formal treatment programme, Jean was referred to ECL’s Sensory Service for further support and, thanks to her Rehabilitation Worker, has now been given the tools to enable her to enjoy her independence…
